[sword-devel] Using the -N option in osis2mod ?

I think David might be using the version of the utilities released in
the 1.7 branch. I don't think this branch has complete support for NFC
normalization (it was added post 1.7 branch, if memory serves
properly) and thus he's getting wonky results. But I don't know for
sure if that's the root cause as I know nothing about NFC or
normalization or the like.
