[sword-devel] Xiphos av11n support

If you wish to try Xiphos with av11n support, please see the URL and
give it a shot.  There are likely problems remaining and you may see a
crash, in which case I would dearly love a report of how it was caused;
there is stuff going on inside VerseKey that I can't explain.  I have
been testing using KJVA.

This calls itself v3.9.1 though it's an unofficial not-really-release;
it will become v4.0 in a few weeks after shake-out.
