[sword-devel] Uighur Cyrillic Repository

Nice Fred and Andreas!  I just tried it via FTP:

ftp://www.slovocars.org/share/SWORD/

and receive a login prompt.  This usually means that 'anonymous' 
read-only access isn't enabled.
