[sword-devel] Xiphos 3.1.5 is released

As most Windows users of Xiphos will know already, the following directory
also contains all the Sword utilities - which one it is depends on your
system.

C:\Program Files\CrossWire\Xiphos\bin
C:\Program Files (x86)\CrossWire\Xiphos\bin

What was the thinking with regard to which revision of the Sword utilities
was packaged when Xiphos 3.1.5 was compiled for Windows?

Are these the latest versions found in SVN or some earlier revision?
