[sword-devel] Xiphos 3.1.5 is released

Thanks Karl for the news, and thanks to all the Xiphos developers for all
their diligent work and research.

I have installed it successfully in
(a) my netbook (Win XP)
(b) my notebook (Win 7 x64)

It will be good to observe how much of an improvement the move to webkit is.
