Xiphos has text-to-speech; it requires that Festival be installed.  See
Xiphos' Read Aloud option on the View menu, which will induce reading of
verses as they're navigated, or the user can mouse-sweep a region and
then use Read Selection Aloud from the context menu (for non-Bible
modules).
