Yes, I had gotten a copy; I said I'd looked at the OSIS source, which is
why the lack of displayed headers concerned me.

It's of little help.  After update to LEB v1.1, see:
http://karl.kleinpaste.org/.../LEB-Rev-missingHeadings.png
There should be headings on vv.4,9, but they are absent.

Similar problems everywhere else I've looked, and there is still a large
amount of excess blank space in places where none is justified, e.g.
after vv.11,16.
