[sword-devel] subsection references -- OSIS equivalent of ThML #anchor?

Basically every addressable section/subsection of a book would get its own OsisID along the scheme described for Bibles.

for a dictionary entry this could be 

MyDic.entry.subsection

while for a genbook this would be

MyBook.part.section.chapter.paragraph

or some such. 

At that point you can create arbitrary internal references without requiring special anchors.
