[sword-devel] Watching websites where our source texts come from?

It's also not always reliable and not always available from systems. I  
have known administrator to mess with settings to always set that to  
the current time for dynamic content, etc. But it could give a hint  
that a person ought to check it out if no other mechanism is available.
