ISO-639-3 is a changing set of codes.
Take a look at the retirements of code.
http://www.sil.org/ISO639-3/iso-639-3_Retirements_20090126.tab
These all changed on 2009-01-16.
As you can see from the year on the files, the name was correct for the
file.
