[sword-devel] new MacSword alpha

Or update using the Updater.

Following is changed:
- fixed localization problems.
- fixed problems with reference lookups that caused crashes.
- added context menus for bible and Commentary view for quick access  
to Index and Dictionary entry look up.
- added check for Leopard Mac OS version.
- scrolling in Bibles synchronized now also to any open Commentaries  
in the same view.
