Hello Karl,

When I began this topic yesterday, the source code was not yet listed for
download.

I am in email contact with the programmer, who first contacted me in June
2008 for assistance with using Go Bible Creator.  No mention was made then
with regard to any Sword Project components being considered for use as part
of their intended Windows PC application. Therefore your observation is
helpful, especially if we can steer him gently in the right direction. I am
certain that what he is doing is being undertaken in good faith, yet perhaps
with a certain amount of unfamiliarity with the requirements of the GPL.

Would you like me to raise this matter with him, and if so, how best to
approach the subject?

An ideal outcome would be for the Bible Society of India to extend their
permissions so that the Paite Bible could be also distributed by CrossWire.
