Just do: mod2osis WLC > wlc.osis (or whatever filename you want).  But - 
as Chris pointed out, mod2osis is not working properly - it probably 
will not give you what you want.  There is a KJV set of OSIS files at > 
http://www.crosswire.org/~dmsmith/kjv2006

These will show you correct OSIS formatting.
