I didn't disagree as to today's state;
I asked why "Sword *doesn't have to be* as professional."

A firm and deep sense of professionalism about what we do here is the
surest way to improve the quality of everything about it.

I think it's completely realistic that this project's development
environment both needs to be and can be world-class.  It's all in
deciding to be so.

This is one of the reasons that I worry about Sword's PR, which today is
at best weak.
