You guys crack me up!  Those were such classic questions and comments 
(both user and developer).  Thanks to everyone who contributed to 
getting this started.  I've updated the 2 links I've found on the 
website to redirect to the short URL:

http://crosswire.org/faq

I agree, it would be nice to have a public archive of previous support 
questions and answers.  Remember though, a vast majority of our users 
who need support likely might have trouble creating a forum account and 
posting to our forums-- though it would be nice.
