Hey guys.  It was just pointed out to me that we have a FAQ page here:

http://crosswire.org/sword/modules/faq.jsp

This information is extremely outdated.

I remember a few suggestions (likely from the sword-support helpers) 
about starting an FAQ on the Wiki.  Is anyone motivated to prime the 
process with a basic FAQ, if someone starts the page, I'll change the 
link to point there.
