[sword-devel] SwordReader - another really silly problem

That's classic :-)
I wonder if there is a way to get the abbreviated book names from the
sword engine, then we would be sure we use the expected abbreviations
rather than our own hard coded table, which in our case happened to be
wrong.

If you want me to take a look let me know. I am at work at the moment
but I can take a quick look at the code and see if anything stands out.
