[sword-devel] WebstersLinked, variant of WebstersDict, w/linked internal xrefs

This morning, I got motivated to create a dictionary that provides
hyperlinking of its own internal cross-referenced words.  Happily, this
was as easy as a 4-line shell script and some tweaks in a new .conf.
Find it at ftp.kleinpaste.org in /pub/sword if you're interested.

(Obviously, links of such a sort don't work or even display in
BibleCS/WinSword due to targeting RTF for display; but the module and
its links work fine in both GnomeSword and BibleTime.)
