Larry,
I'll send you a copy in a minute, so I don't spam everyone with a 447K
doc. :-) Do note that there was the original 1.0, and then later a
minor update to 1.1 (or at least that's what I remember, unless it
started with 1.1 and then went to 1.2 :-).
