Sorry Johan,

Correct, as far as I know. According to our old copyright website:
http://crosswire.org/copyright/ModDispCopyright.jsp?modType=Bibles

The only listing for Dutch Bibles is:

*Language: nl *
DutSVV
<http://crosswire.org/copyright/ModInfoCopyright.jsp?modName=DutSVV>
Dutch Statenvertaling

Which show that it is public domain. This would indicate to me that no
one has officially attempted to contact publishers of other Dutch Bibles.

Yes. If you find that the publisher is interested in letting their text
be used in SWORD software either for free or for a fee that they will
collect then they can contact me via email at troy at crosswire.org, or
else mail any legal contracts which need to be signed to our postal
address listed on our website.

Yes. Ultimately we would like data directly from the publishers, to
ensure we have a faithful representation of their text, but we will
handle the conversion of their data.

Yes, I believe you have the idea. My apologies for not responding
sooner. Often we get busy around here with our heads down into a
project and only speak up when someone is wrong-- not when they get it
right. We should be better at this. Thank you again for your
willingness to help. I personally know Kees de Blois of the United
Bible Societies and Dave van Grootheest of the Netherlands Bible
Society, who both live in the Netherlands. If either of these
organizations come up in your investigation, I might be able to gain a
favor. Let me know if I can help.

    -Troy.
