[sword-devel] ESV: Preverse headings

Hi,
the current ESV beta module contains XML like this:

<title subType="x-preverse" type="section">The Beginning of Creation</title>

I remember that the modules I did had the attribute subType in lowercase 
letters. BibleTime just looks for the lower case name at the moment, so the 
title in the ESV are inlined.

I think the sword filters add the attribute. Which variant of it is the right 
one?
