The problem is still there on all modules (not just beta).  Download any 
of the rawzips onto a Windows machine and Winzip unpacks a complete set 
of zero-length files.  I've never bothered trying other unzip utilities 
- it's easier to get the files by ftp from the crosswire site.  It will 
never cause a problem as Windows users don't bother with the rawzips, so 
I'm probably the only person who has noticed!  I just tried again five 
minutes ago with KJV 2006 - so this information still holds.
