Strongs H1254  means "create or fatten up".

In Genesis 1:1 I see this:

Which is it?  H0853 or H01254?  My paper strong's says H0853 usually
isn't translated, it is some sort of syntactic sugar.  So it must be
H01254 that means "created".

Was every single Hebrew word from the MT turned into strong's numbers
and included in the module?
