[sword-devel] Making Bible module from OSIS file

I'm working on some fairly major changes to osis2mod. The existing
versions of osis2mod are not very robust. As soon as I have something
decent, I will post a Win32 binary.
Until then, as Martin suggests, you should definitely encode using OSIS.
