[sword-devel] status of portuguese locked modules

Does anybody know about the copyright situation of the portuguese locked modules? v.g., if the copyright holder (mostly, the SBB - Sociedade Bíblica do Brasil) has refused do grant permission to distribute their work? Or if it has been even contacted...?
