I'm sorry, I sould have been more explicit about the problems with our
OSIS converters.  First, that's the right page to follow.  We have two 
different OSIS import tools.  xml2gbs is used to make GenBooks and works 
fine, to my knowledge.  osis2mod is used to make Bibles, and is currently 
broken on Windows, regardless of which compiler is used to make the 
executable.  It seems to work fine in Linux.  (It IS a problem with 
osis2mod, not Windows, for those who were ready to suggest Windows was the 
problem.)
