Adrian,
	Now that you say this, it has sparked an idea that maybe just using the 
RTF codes in the locale file would probably produce the correct word for 
Chapter.  So, in the chapter entry:

Chapter=\u32147?\u26159?\u31070?\u32102?\u20154?\u-26530?\u30340?

\u tells RTF to use the Unicode character represented by the SIGNED 
integer that follows, up to the ? character.

This is huge silliness with the RTF spec, so if you have any character 
values you need to use that are greater than 32767, let me know and I'll 
convert it to the negative equivalent for you.  Let me know if you get a 
chance to try it and if it works! :)
