All right. cs, de, et, fi, hu, it, no are now updated to include book names
without number. It was a copy-and-paste operation and I hope that the locales
are not broken now. Would be good to have them checked by their maintainers.
ru and uk do probably not need to be changed, they should work as-is.

The most interesting names were in et.conf:
I Thessalonians=Pauluse 1. kiri tessalooniklastele
Troy, please make sure even that would work without the dot now. =)

The german locale -- though updated -- does not seem to work for me atm.
Entries like 1. Mose will fail. Please make sure it does work. That's why I
could not test my changes at all.

Also, I got a problem with the english locale:
Song of Solomon and Revelation of John don't work, maybe because they`re 3
words??

And my personal wish would be that stuff like
"Ad Corinthios II 1:2"
would be made work as well with the parser. It is required for the latin
locale (alpha stage) which might be interesting for parsing references in old
books/the vulgata. Do you think that would be possible?
