Simon,
	OSIS was created with the idea to INTENTIONALLY leave display markup 
tags out.  The concept in OSIS is to critically markup the text in 
respect to attributes of the text itself and leave the prefered display 
of these attributes to the presentation software.  ie. Don't markup a 
word as italics; markup the as WHY it was italics, e.g. <transChange 
type="added">word</transChange>, then if the user wants added words 
italicized, they can pick that as the display type for added words.

	All of these display types may change drastically depending on the 
display medium, e.g. a black and white Palm.

	PS.  I shouldn't tell you this, but there is a tag for supporting stuff 
that you just can't figure out any other way to markup except for a 
display oriented tag-- see <hi>
