[sword-devel] Copyright Coordinator

Jonathan Hughes has done a great job for past couple years being the 
point man for coordinating contact with copyright holders and the 
information needed to do such.

Jonathan has decided to step down from this role and move on to more 
great things that the Lord will call him to.
