[sword-devel] updated module-making instructions

I have been developing Bible Module using vpl format.  This format is limited to the KJV scheme only.  If I use the imp format, can I include Apocrypha books into the SWORD bible or not?

Nice job Chris.  I only found minor typos.  There is something about 
text only containing rawtext at the moment.  Also, do we really require 
a LCSH entry? :)
