[sword-devel] Small fix for SWIG Perl bindings needed

Hi,

I just noticed that the current Sword.pm from 1.5.5 is not linked with
ICU.  Changing

'LIBS' => '-L/usr/lib -lsword -lz',

to

'LIBS' => '-L/usr/lib -lsword -lz -licuuc -licui18n',

in Makefile.PL did the trick for me. However, I guess that Makefile.PL
is generated by SWIG, so it is something that should be changed in the
SWIG configuration.
