If you look at the conffile of the hebrewmodern module you'll see at the end:
TextSource=http://unbound.biola.edu/

or in particular
http://unbound.biola.edu/zips/index.cfm?lang=English

Though if you have checked there I can understand your confusion as there is nothing there that I can see 
that describes itself as modern hebrew 

Possibly the unbound bible have had to withdraw it. Does whoever (Chris ?) created the module still have 
the original download and if so any hints in it where unbound got it from?
