You might be interested in ProjectB. The intent is to merge it with
JSword. ProjectB has a web interface, however it is fairly out of date
because it was written before I could get JSP support, so it uses
Servlets and XML.
Using ProjectB might at least give you a leg-up, and I'm sure we could
help you with any API changes as we merge the 2 projects.
