[sword-devel] Copyright warning

The Sword Project Setup program displays the following message:

WARNING: This program is protected by copyright laws and international 
treaties.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this program, or any portions 
of it, may result in sever civil and criminal penalties, and will be 
prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under law.
---------------

Could it be changed to something like:

---------------
WARNING: This program is protected by copyright laws and international 
treaties.

See licence for terms of authorized reproduction and distribution.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this program, or any portions 
of it, may result in sever civil and criminal penalties, and will be 
prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under law.
---------------

Also, "and will be prosecuted", I don't know who is making this promise. 
But from a "Christian" perspective wouldn't it be better to say "and may be 
prosecuted"?

I know, I am being picky. :-)
