[sword-devel] Why Sword?

A good idea. Sword's versalitily is important for me as a sword user and
promoter. I use win32 and the module path in .conf files seems to allow
me to put modules anywhere but my testing shows that it restricts the
actual module location to be under where sword.exe is.
