I'm guessing that you are askng how to have multiple binaries installed 
that can use the same module set?

sword looks for it's module configuration in its current directory most of 
the time in windows.  There are also other ways to tell it where its 
module are:

setting a SWORD_PATH variable, or
creating a file /etc/sword.conf with the contents looking something like:
[Install]
DataPath=c:/swordmods
