[sword-devel] new WIN32 binary with schemes

Strange. Could you move the options.conf and layout.conf to the recycle bin
and see what happens. I know the first time no modules will show text
without a forced refresh, but once the config files are rebuilt they should
show fine with the subsequent loads, a bug I need to look into.
