[sword-devel] new WIN32 binary with schemes

Hmm, it looks like it could be really cool, but it causes nothing but
crashing for me.  I select a scheme (this even happens for the Default
scheme now) and restart.  The splash screen works fine, but the next
thing I see (after clicking OK) is an access violation.  The background
color is correct for the scheme, but there is no text on startup.
Selecting another module will make it load text correctly, with the
color scheme.  Also, only modules starting with the letter 'A' are
shown.  And the Back and Search buttons have no graphic.
