[sword-devel] Web interface?

If you are talking about PHP4 and Zend you could possibly (not likely have
issues).  I am not sure it is GPL compatiable and I believe SWORD is GPL.
Depending on how the two interact this could possibly be an issue.  

PHP3 is dual licensed under the GPL and has no such issues.
