Hey there programmers!

Lets first introduce myself. I am new to this place, this is my first
experience with the 'open source programming thing'.
Can someone explain to me 'how things work' around here?
Who's in charge? Who's working on what? How many people
are member of the Sword project?
I would really like to 'jump into the project' and look at what you've
got allready. Where can I download the current sources for the
windows client? (I have no linux experience... yet.)

I have experience with programming in Delphi. At the moment I use
delphi 5 and look forward to use Kylix.

Jim, David: can you publish your ideas for the layout somewhere?
(you can mail them to me (< 5MB) if thats easier for you)
I would like to review your interface ideas.

Kind regards,
