[sword-devel] Problems with Locale

Hi Troy!

With newest CVS some things are broken now.
IO committed the testprogram keycast for a new test (retrieving th key by 
casting to const char*).

"parsekey Ps de" does output nothing
"keycast Genesis 1:4 de" does output 1. Mose 1:1, but it should be 1. Mose 1:4

With not locale support it works.
