OK Problems!
reformatted my HD, REINSTALLED win98 AND C++Builder.
Tried  AGAIN to compile InstallMGR (yes renamed directory to "sword")

The resultant compile crashes when run...
So we still have a problem in the source code.
This attempt was done on straight Win98 with nothing but CBuilder installed
and winzip.

The source code needs to be debugged NOT on win2000 but a least common
denominator being either 95 or 98.
