[osis-core] Closer example

Guys,

Note on the attached example (Closing_example_2.gif) that the 'closer' 
is marked only as 'Paul.'

Actually I would suggest that the closer starts with 'The grace of...' 
and contains <signed>Paul</signed>, which allows the signature to be 
offset from the closer by marking the structure.

Comments, suggestions?

Contrast that with the second example (Closing_example.gif), which just 
has the <signed> element within <closer>. Seem to be two different cases 
to me.
