[osis-core] Update on defaulting

Guys,

Update on the defaulting mechanism:

To use the attribute template matching syntax of XSLT, the path 
expression will be:

//GI/@attributeName

NOT:

//GI@attributeName as reported earlier this week.

Element name is "workPrefix" and it has two specified attributes:

<xs:attribute name="path" type="xs:string" use="required"/>
<xs:attribute name="osisWork" type="osisWorkType" use="required"/>

Note that the osisWork attribute is required to match an osisWork 
attribute of a <work> element. (In users manual, not enforceable.)

No general attributes on this element.
