In the naming structure for <identifier type="OSIS">, what should the organization value be for public domain text? Should we declare something like "PUB" or "Public" OR should it be the entity that did the encoding? For example, Bible.en.Public.KJV.1611 is a natural name but Bible.en.Crosswire.KJV.1611 separates an the Crosswire encoding from another groups encoding. Todd
