OK guys,
	The use case requiring the need for divineName was the special CHANGING 
of the Tetragrammaton in the Hebrew to LORD or GOD in the translated 
English.

Todd:  I'm not sure what other values your insistance below demands. 
Could you enumerate a few.

Kirk: Because a name might be considered some degree of 'divine' by some 
person somewhere, doesn't (in my opinion) warrant the use of divineName. 
  Maybe the choice label encourages a more general use, but the intented 
use is quite specific.

All this to say, I think I'm in favour of NOT enumerating type on 
divineName.  If someone wants to use it for some OTHER purpose than to 
mark LORD or GOD that was translated from the Tetragrammaton, then 
that's fine, but they can use an x- like all other cases of deviant use.
