Guys,

Todd advises that XMLSpy (and apparently XML Authority) don't generate 
good XML sample files. In Troy's sample, for example, all the IDs are 
the same! Bad joss! I am going to poke around on the schema a little bit 
more, validate Todd's Matthew file and unless someone finds a serious 
problem before Troy turns the crank, the latest release will be the 1.0 
release.
