[osis-core] XMLSpy Problems?

Todd,

Serious problems with the automatic sample texts!

I could not get Troy's to validate so I tried to generate one from the 
latest release with XMLSpy.

Schema loads as valid, generates sample file OK, but then won't save the 
sample file as valid XML!

Can you verify this error!

This really sucks! Will get it fixed first and then send XMLSpy a very 
nasty post!
