[osis-core] namesOSIS? drop?

Guys,

A question has arisen on the restrictions place by namesOSIS. Probably 
not complete enough. I tend to agree.

Should we drop from this release or combine with attribute extension?

(As you can tell, I am listening to Hendrix, Jethro Tull and Black 
Sabbath at full volume! Having a great day! Love my work, love the 
music, nearing the zone, more later!!!!)
